FNTD Playoff Edition: Explorers & Wolverines Moving On

P.J. Ziegler began his postseason coverage at Copley where the Indians lost to the Hudson Explorers 45-20.  Hudson got two interception returns for touchdowns in the second half.   Hudson's Matt Restifo scored a touchdown on a 99 yard kickoff return.  He also had 15 carries for 95 yards.

Copley was led by quarterback Austin Brenner who was 22 of 38 for 340 yards and two touchdowns.

Hudson will play Nordonia next week.

His final stop in Medina where the West Geauga Wolverines beat the Buckeye Bucks 35-28 in triple overtime.  The Wolverines Dominic Pavich intercepted Nathan Polidori's pass in triple overtime to secure the victory.  Joe Daddario gave West Geauga the lead on a 4 yard touchdown.

The Bucks were held to a season-low 28 points.

West Geauga will face SVSM next week.
