CLEVELAND – A Special Wish Cleveland took baskets to children at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children and the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital if they were unable to trick-or-treat this Halloween.

The baskets of course had some candy, but they also had masks, tattoos and spiderwebs.

“It’s important for these kids to have all of the Halloween treats since they are stuck in the hospital. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to bring Halloween to them,” said co-founder Eileen Lane, according to a release.
