Cavs 1-1 going into home opener against Miami Heat

CLEVELAND- The Cleveland Cavaliers bounced back from a season-opening loss in Chicago to dominate the Grizzlies and bring their record to 1-1.

On Friday, they return to Cleveland for their first regular-season game of the year against the 1-0 Miami Heat. Game starts at 7 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena.

Kevin Love led the Cavs with 17 points and 13 rebounds in Wednesday's win in Memphis. He had help from JR Smith with 7 assists.

Cleveland lost their home opener last season to the Knicks, 95-90, in LeBron James' return. That didn't stop the team from a 53-29 record and a trip to the NBA Finals.
