CLEVELAND-Nearly a month after a good Samaritan came to the Cleveland APL with a little, grey cat with an arrow in his back, the cat has found his permanent home.

(Watch our previous report on Chance above. Warning: Images are graphic)

The APL staff named him Chance after he had survived a couple weeks with the arrow in his back and had a missing back paw from a previous injury.

He was treated right when he arrived and had the arrow surgically removed, he also had a second surgery to amputate his back leg as well.

Chance has spent the last few weeks healing with a foster family and was finally adopted on Saturday.
