Horseradish Crusted Salmon

  • Black pearl salmon (or any salmon you prefer)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seasonings
  • Olive oil
  • Horsey crumbs (see additional recipe)
  • Horsey drizzle (see additional recipe)


  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
  2. Portion salmon fillet, 4 to 8 oz.
  3. Preheat pan with oil.
  4. Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper and if you prefer garlic and onion powders
  5. Place in pan seasoning side down.
  6. Sear until golden brown
  7. Sprinkle top with horsey crumbs
  8. Place in oven and bake to desired doneness
  9. Drizzle fillet with horsey sauce.



Horsey Crumbs

Equal parts horseradish and panko bread crumbs. Blend until thoroughly mixed.

Horsey Sauce

Equal parts horseradish and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
