Two men arrested in armed robbery at North Olmsted drive-thru

NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio- Authorities arrested two suspects in the armed robbery of a drive-thru in North Olmsted earlier this month.

Police said two men went to the Zip Thru Beverage on Lorain Road on Oct. 3, bought something and left. Soon after, a man walked into the store and held the clerk at gunpoint.

He got away with more than $1,000.

North Olmsted police said the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested the robbery suspect, Stephone Tillman, 23, while officers tracked down the driver, Matthew Bowen, 24.

The men were arraigned in Rocky River Municipal Court and are being held at the Cuyahoga County Jail.

According to police, they are suspected in other similar incidents.
