MEDINA, Ohio-- Homeroom was a little different for middle school students in Medina on Wednesday. They watched a student-made movie, highlighting the impacts of bullying. The idea began with one student's push to make a difference as part of 'Unity Day.'
The movie went over so well, other schools across the country are now interested in running it. 'Unity Day' began in 2011. Participants are asked to wear orange to unite and help end bullying.
