CHAMPLIN, Minn. – A 38-year-old woman was arrested after she admitted to making threats to her neighbors.
The threats included notes saying she wanted to taste and lick their children, according to WCCO.
Police say the woman was angry that the kids left items in her yard.
On September 27 the first note arrived in the mail and allegedly said, “The children look delicious. May I have a taste?”
The family that received the note had two elementary age kids.
After that note, the family got a few magazines in the mail. Instead of their name on the address label though, it said things like ‘tasty children.’
She was arrested, but was released and has not yet been charged.
