LOS ANGELES — For the second time in a decade, Bill Cosby will have to answer questions under oath in a sexual assault case.

Attorneys for Judy Huth  will take testimony from Cosby about the allegation that he took advantage of her at the Playboy Mansion in the mid-1970s — when Huth was just a teenager. She went to the police earlier this year with her claims, but authorities determined too much time had passed to file criminal charges.

Cosby testified at a deposition in a sexual assault case a decade ago; details were released this summer.  Cosby testified that he had extramarital affairs and that he had obtained Quaaludes to give to women he wanted to have sex with.

Actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who played Theo on “The  Cosby Show” says the series’ legacy is “tarnished” by the sexual assault allegations made against Cosby . Warner says he’s been in touch with Cosby, but he says what they discussed will “stay private between us.”
