This fall flavor is perfect for Chai tea lattes, baked goods, Chai butter and more!

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

In water steep / simmer:

  • 16 cardamom pods
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 3 inches fresh ginger sliced into 3 or 4 pieces
  • 4 whole black pepper corns


Steep cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper corns for 15 minutes. Once steeped, add sugar and melt. Remove from heat let sit for few hours before straining.
