CLEVELAND- The Cleveland Division of Police issued arrest warrants for four men in the downtown shooting last weekend.

A shooter fired into a crowd in the area of East 4th Street and Euclid Avenue early Sunday morning, killing Dexter Mangham, 23, of Euclid. Two others were injured.

The warrants were filed Friday morning by a homicide detective. The warrants all reflect each suspect had a handgun and caused the death of Mangham.

Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams asked the media not to name the suspects so investigators have a better chance to track them down.
