This is dated October 1, 2015.  It clarifies the businesses off-limits to officers working part-time jobs as those places involved in “ ‘adult entertainment’ where full or partial nudity as well as simulated sex acts are involved.”

The order says any pending requests will be rejected for officers to work at any of these businesses. Plus, any prior permission will be terminated.

This order includes a reference to a rule against officers working anywhere that “may bring disrespect” to the department. However, we’ve put in a request with the chief’s office to find out what prompted this now.
