CLEVELAND-The temperature dropped and the intensity heated up for week 6 of Friday Night Touchdown!



After more than 3,300 votes were cast on, for this game alone, our Friday Night Touchdown Game of the Week focused on the Crestwood Red Devils and Mogadore Wildcats. Mogadore won, 42-7.

The number two team in the Fox 8 Top 8, Mentor was on the road at Stewart Field in Solon to face the Comets. Mentor lost, 42-35.

Guest Hostess, Jessica Dill was on the west side taking in the Valley Forge and Rocky River game.  She will join the gang in studio at 11pm. Rocky River scored a huge win, 39-0.

Yours truly will cover the Civil War: Willoughby South against Eastlake North at Classic Park, and also see Lake Catholic and NDCL tangle. Willoughby beat Eastlake 52-27; Lake Catholic scored a victory, 37-17.

The Coughlin Cam had Senate action with Glenville and East Tech dayside– Glenville won, 45-0. North Ridgeville took on North Olmsted; they won, 44-21, while Michigan State recruit Joey Bachie and Berea- Midpark was at Olmsted Falls. Olmsted Falls won, 30-27.

P.J. Ziegler was at Pat Catan Stadium as the improving Euclid Panthers under new coach Jeff Rotsky met the Strongsville Mustangs. Euclid took this one, 33-7.

Way out east, Painesville Harvey battled Geneva and won, 19-0, and Painesville Riverside faced the very tough Madison Blue Streaks; the Blue Streaks scored a big win, 43-0.


All in all, more than 20 games were covered.
