STRONGSVILLE, Ohio -- A Strongsville woman may be on her way to the record books.

On Thursday, she completed the final application process for the Guinness Book of World Records.

Winifred Ann Kelly is 92 years old. That may make her the oldest living little person in the world: she is less than four feet tall. She's 3'8" tall.

The current record-holder is a woman in Canada who is only 85 years old.

The mayor, a city councilman and a police officer joined Winnie Thursday as she submitted her final paperwork.

She offered some advice on living a long life.

"I enjoyed myself," she said. "I took vacations, I really took vacations when I needed them."
