If you could have it your way, would you want your Whopper served with black buns?

Today, Burger King is introducing the A.1. Halloween Whopper Sandwich at fast food locations in the U.S.

According to Burger King, the A.1. flavoring is baked into the bun for color.

The sandwich is described as:

“A ¼ lb. of savory flame-grilled beef topped with melted American cheese, ripe tomatoes, crisp iceberg lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, A.1. Thick and Hearty Sauce, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions on a soft sesame seed bun with A.1. flavor baked into the bun.”

Last year, Burger King Japan unveiled a black burger — except squid ink and bamboo charcoal are used to make those buns black.
