CLEVELAND - The freeway has reopened but the ramp on I-90 at MLK Drive remains closed after hours of investigation when a possible pipe bomb was seen inside a car during a traffic stop.

Cleveland police confirmed that a small explosive device was removed from the car by a bomb robot and was detonated on the scene safely.

There were no injuries. The investigation will be handled by the Metroparks Police Department.
