FNTD Week #5: Bulldogs & Bengals

John Telich with a great night of football as he began his night Macedonia where the Stow-Munroe Falls Bulldogs beat the Nordonia Knights 65-37.  The Bulldogs were lead by Jayson Gobble who had a huge night on the ground running for 253 yards and five touchdowns!   He also caught a touchdown pass.   Jayson's brother Joe wrapped up the victory with a 63 yard interception return for a touchdown.  The teams combined for 953 yards of total offense!

Stow faces Twinsburg next week and Nordonia will battle Brecksville.

His next stop in Bedford where the Benedictine Bengals beat Columbus Bishop Watterson 27-7.    Bengal quarterback Brian Schoeffler was 7 of 17 for 103 yards and a touchdown.    The Bengals lead 14-7 at the half and scored 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter.  Benedictine finished with 333 yards.

Benedictine faces Padua next week.
