Man walks into Cleveland police station, claims he killed wife

CLEVELAND- A man walked into the Fourth District Cleveland police station on Friday and told officers he killed his wife, Cleveland police said.

The 51-year-old man said he stabbed her following an argument Thursday night.

Officers went to a home in the 2700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and used keys the suspect gave them to enter. Police said they found the woman dead on the living room floor.

The man was arrested. Cleveland police released his name, but he has not been charged.

The crime scene is located near Benedictine High School.
