One million dollar bond set for suspects in death of 5-year-old shooting victim

CLEVELAND -  The suspects in the drive-by shooting death of 5-year-old Ramon Burnett appeared in court Tuesday morning.

Bond was set at 1-million dollars each for Dontavious Williams and Marlon Hackett, Jr. They were charged with aggravated murder. Both plead not guilty.

Ramon was struck and killed by a bullet Friday afternoon after a gun battle between the two men took place on Louise Harris Court, according to court documents.  ramon

He was playing outside his home when he was shot. Both men will be back in court next week for preliminary hearings.
