Property manager stabs tenant to death, Cleveland police say

CLEVELAND- A 28-year-old man is dead following a stabbing on Cleveland’s east side.

It happened at about 8 p.m. Sunday on Capital Avenue near East 86th Street.

Cleveland police said the 55-year-old property manager and Justin Brewer, 28, got into a fight, which turned physical. The property stabbed the resident in the chest and neck, according to police.

Officers arrested the suspect at the scene. Brewer was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he died.
