BEDFORD, Ohio-- For the second time in a month, a jail guard in Northeast Ohio is attacked.

First it happened in Lorain, and now just last week it happened in Bedford.

During the Bedford attack, which was caught on jail security cameras, inmate Robert LeFlore is seen attacking a corrections officer.

The guard is able to make a call out on his radio for help, before LeFlore grabs the radio.

Other officers were able to help and secure LeFlore. The jail guard received some scrapes but was not seriously hurt.

LeFlore was in jail for fleeing and eluding, hit-skip, and drug abuse. He is now facing an additional assault charge.

The chief says normally they have one jailer working but are discussing adding a second person.

LeFlore is still being held in the jail, and is expected to back in Bedford Municipal Court next week.
