Update: power back on for thousands in Vermilion and Lorain

VERMILION, OH – The nearly 13-thousand people affected by a power outage in Lorain and Erie counties earlier Sunday have their electricity back. A ground wire came into contact with a high voltage line cutting  power to the customers in Vermilion and Lorain shortly before 10 a.m. Sunday.
