Experts say if you have oily skin or sweat at night, you should take showers in the morning. If you wear make-up, experts recommend night showers.
They also say that showering at night is a great way to wind down.
If your job involves an environment where there a lot of germs, take a shower right after work. If you work in an office setting or are covered up throughout the day, you should be OK to stick with just mornings.
