67 cars, motorcycles and more for sale at Cleveland police auction

CLEVELAND- The Cleveland Division of Police will auction off 67 abandoned and forfeited vehicles this weekend.

The auction will take place, rain or shine, on Saturday at the impound lot at 4300 Bradley Rd. at 9 a.m. The lot will open at 8 a.m. for potential buyers to take a look at the cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles and four-wheelers.

Ten percent cash down is required on the day of sale with the remainder paid within five days. All sales are final and there are no warranties.

Funds raised from the sale of forfeited cars goes to the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, which purchases items for police like body armor and on-board computers. Money from abandoned vehicles goes to the general fund.
