PORT CLINTON, Ohio — A fight over University of Michigan and the Ohio State University football led to arrests on the Jet Express boat Sunday afternoon.

13ABC reports that it happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday morning.

A fight first broke out between two couples in an argument over football.

A witness told 13ABC that the girlfriend of the Michigan fan pulled the hair of the OSU fan’s wife in the course of the fight. The OSU fan pushed the Michigan fan’s girlfriend to defend his wife. Then the Michigan fan got involved.

Other strangers on the boat then became involved.

Ashley Artiaga, 25, and Ian Schuster, 31, both face assault charges in the incident.
