BOSTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio-- Officials say the body of 33-year-old Matthew Fabian of Hudson was found Friday afternoon. Crews had been searching the Cuyahoga Valley National Park for  the missing man. Authorities say there is no sign of foul play.

The Hudson Police Department issued an alert for Fabian at about 9 p.m. Thursday, the same day his wife reported him missing. A few hours before police issued the alert, rangers discovered Fabian's white Honda in the Wetmore Trail area of the park in Boston Township, said a Cuyahoga Valley National Park spokeswoman.

FOX 8's Dave Nethers said authorities told him it was unusual for Fabian to be missing.

The National Park Service is handling the investigation and established a command post at the trail head. The Summit Metroparks Rangers; Peninsula police; and Metro Swat, which includes officers and fire crews from around the region, all assisted in the search.
