Medina hospital security guard faces sex charges

RICHFIELD, Ohio- A security guard at Medina Community Hospital is accused of trying to meet an underage girl for sex.

Paul T. DeLucia, Medina, was arrested Thursday afternoon when he went to a location in Richfield to meet what he thought was a young girl, police said. The 23-year-old’s arrest followed a week-long investigation.

DeLucia was charged with attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, which is a fifth-degree felony, and taken to the Summit County Jail.

Richfield police said DeLucia works for United Protective Services and is assigned to the hospital.
