NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Two girls in Tennessee are safe after  a home invasion — thanks to quick thinking and a bathroom cabinet.

WKRN reports that the 13-year-old and 16-year-old sisters were home alone when they heard someone trying to break in. They spotted two men dressed in black.

They ran to a bathroom, crammed themselves into a cabinet and called 911.

When police arrived, they found one of the suspects driving through the yard of the home. The other suspect was hiding in the room where the sisters were hidden in the cabinet.

“That’s when I thought he was going to open this cabinet and that something is going to happen,” the 16-year-old told WKRN.

Both suspects were arrested.
