I-90 reopens both ways after flooding, accident in Rocky River

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Interstate 90 eastbound and Interstate 90 westbound have both reopened  after high water issues and a jack-knifed semi.

Drivers were being asked to avoid the area and to be cautious of standing water on the roadways.

Severe storms have dropped high amounts of rain in NE Ohio this morning. A Flood Advisory is in effect for Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties through 9 a.m.

Flooding also hit several other areas, including the westbound West Shoreway, which were completely covered in water Tuesday morning.
