Swimming advisory for Edgewater, Huntington beaches after rainfall pushes sewage into lake
CLEVELAND- The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District issued a swimming advisory for Edgewater Beach Tuesday morning.
Severe storms caused a sewer overflow at the beach, discharging raw sewage into Lake Erie.
The Cleveland Metroparks said Huntington Beach is also closed for swimming because of poor water quality.
