YOUNGSTOWN – Robert Seman has been indicted for the deaths of a 10-year-old girl and her grandparents.

The three were all residing at their home in Youngstown on March 30 when their home caught fire. None of the three were able to escape.

Seman was indicted on 10 counts of aggravated murder with accompanying death specifications for the circumstances surrounding the deaths, along with three counts of aggravated arson and three counts of aggravated burglary.

The fire occurred the same day Seman’s trial was set to begin in the alleged rape of the child.

Seman had been released on bail and was on house arrest before the fire occurred.

Officials had determined that the child and her grandparents had died and opened an investigation on the fire, which led to Seman.
