The CEO of an online company is offering to pay college tuition for all his employees’ children.
Washington Post reports that Chieh Huang, CEO of Boxed, an online seller of bulk household items, has set aside a portion of his personal stake to pay for it.
The program covers four years of tuition but not room or board.
Huang says it’s designed to help employees that choose to work at his company before it goes public. Another bonus? There’s no cap on tuition.
The company currently has 12 children enrolled in the program.
