Car overturns, hits pedestrian on Cleveland’s east side

CLEVELAND- A pedestrian was hit when a car flipped on Cleveland’s east side Friday morning.

It happened at St. Clair Avenue near East 106th Street shortly before 6 a.m. The car overturned, hit a pole and struck a pedestrian.

Cleveland EMS said two people were taken by ambulance to an area hospital.

Police are still on the scene.
