CLEVELAND – It’s time for the Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon here in Cleveland, and the festivities got under way this morning at Edgewater Park.

The 5K runners took off at 8 a.m., and winning the female division was a 10-year-old speedster named Haley Cassie. She and her family drove in from Alliston, ON, Canada to run. Her time was 19:50 – that’s a 6:23 pace! Check out her picture and other photos from this morning in the photo gallery above.

Dave Woodward of Rocky River is listed as the men’s winner, with a time of 16:30, or 5:18 minutes a mile.

Also this morning was the Kids’ Fun Run.
