WESTLAKE – A Westlake Patrolman was stopped on Hilliard Blvd. when a car pulled up next to the officer.  Westlake police said the passenger had the window rolled down and blew smoke out of the car that smelled of marijuana.

When the passenger noticed the officer, he rolled up the window.

The officer followed the car to a parking lot on Center Ridge Road and called for backup.

The officers confronted the passenger, 23-year-old Richard Dolamore, and they say marijuana traces were found in his mouth and the front seat.

Police say the driver, 21-year-old Mackenzie McWilliam, was found to have marijuana in her purse; she told police she was set up.

McWilliam’s two-year-old daughter was also in the car.

Dolamore was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Obstructing Justice. McWilliam was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Child Endangering.

The child was picked up at the scene by her grandmother.
