EASTLAKE, OH – Larry Myers, 69, of Eastlake was sentenced today for an angry encounter over snowblowing.

Back on March 3rd, Myers became angry when a fellow neighbor, William Immke, was helping to clear snow off another neighbor’s sidewalk. After exchanging words with Immke, Myers pushed him and eventually came back with a snow blower and started aiming snow in Immke’s face.

He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault.

Today, Myers was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 1 year of probation and was ordered to attend anger management classes. He will also have to pay a $100 fine as well as court costs.
