UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio--There was plenty to smile about Monday night at John Carroll University.

Students smashed the Guinness World Record for the longest line of toothpaste tubes ever set up in one place.

The original record stood at 1,667 tubes; but John Carroll students collected more than 2,000 tubes!

It's all part of the 'Share A Smile Project;' it's the creation of grad students at the university.

All of the toothpaste collected will be donated to Catholic Charities Migration and Refugee Services.
