DAYTONA BEACH, Florida – Raymond Frolander‘s bloody mugshot went viral a couple months back after his arrest for abusing an 11-year-old boy.

Frolander had been beaten by the father of the victim who said he walked in when it was happening, according to PIX11.

Frolander avoided a life sentence by taking a plea deal and a 25 year sentence. He plead no contest to lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and will be labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life. He will have to wear an ankle bracelet to monitor him if he is released from prison.

After the father beat Frolander last July, he called police and told them “he is nice and knocked out on the floor for you.”

He told police he wanted to kill Frolander, but his son stopped him.

When leaving court after the sentencing, the victim’s father told reporters, “He’s going to learn in the next 25 years why I let him live.”
