CLEVELAND, OH – It’s a picture that just can’t help but make you smile this Easter weekend.

It started on Thursday, April 2nd, when Cleveland Police Officers Robert Cupach, Nick Ramey, and Sergeant Jason DeFranco responded to a call for a missing child. They found Donny, who has autism, and took him home to his family.

But later that evening, the officers came back to Donny’s house…this time with Easter baskets in hand for Donny and his siblings. A very happy ending to the day and a wonderful start to the Easter weekend. Take a look at those smiles!

The baskets were made by Cleveland Police Dispatchers, who used their own money to buy the toys, the baskets and the candy. The baskets were delivered by patrol officers throughout the week.
