Woman pleads not guilty in hit-and-run of valet worker

CLEVELAND –  Kiasha Cummings, 24, appeared in court Friday on charges after a hit-and-run of a valet worker at The 9 last month.

Cummings plead not guilty to the charges against her and was released. She is set to appear in court on April 20 at 10:30 a.m.

In the video below, it is shown that Daniils Mamedovs delivers an SUV to a customer at East 9th and Euclid before being struck by a passing automobile.

Police say Cummings made no attempt to stop after hitting Mamedovs.

He’s recovering at home with non-life threatening injuries.
