Wadsworth man took pictures of customers in Target fitting rooms, indictment says

WADSWORTH, Ohio- A Wadsworth man is accused of taking pictures of people in a Target fitting room.

Earlier this month, Jeremy Davis, 23, was indicted on seven counts, including voyeurism and attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.

According to the police report, Davis took photos of a woman while she inside the fitting room at the Target store on Williams Reserve Boulevard on Feb. 5. Wadsworth police said there were also two underage victims.

Davis’ iPhone was seized as evidence. His arraignment is set for March 26 in the Medina County Court of Common Pleas.
