CLEVELAND- A man wearing a fake beard is suspected of two Cleveland robberies on March 7.

The first happened at about 9 a.m. at the Tremont Convenience Food Mart on West 14th Street. Cleveland police said the man tried to rob the store at gunpoint, but the victims ran out the back.

About two hours later, he pulled out a gun at the Shell gas station at Ridge Road and Memphis Avenue. He got away with cash from the register in a small pick-up truck.

According to second district police, he was wearing a gray zip-up hooded-sweatshirt, blue jeans with bleach stains, a fake black beard and wire glasses.
