If you’re trying to be healthy, McDonald’s probably isn’t the first place you think of when you need to get lunch.

But Huffington Post recently asked 10 nutritionists what their order would be at McDonald’s. They suggested getting grilled items, items with protein and picking vegetables or fruits as a side. They also provided this list of healthy options:

.) Regular Burger with a Side Salad: It’s more traditional, and salad is less fattening than fries as a side.

.) Sweet Chili (Grilled) Chicken Wrap, Apple Slices and a Side Salad: The chicken is grilled, and the meal is balanced and filling.

.) Four-piece Chicken Nugget, Small Fries, Apples and a Go-Gurt: The meal contains less than 500 calories and includes fruit and dairy.

.) Premium Southwest Salad (with no chicken), McCafe Latte and Cuties: Less than 350 calories, filling and includes most food groups.

.) Fruit and Maple Oatmeal (with no brown sugar): Includes fiber, whole grains and vitamins.

.) Fries and a Small Chocolate Shake: The carbohydrates provide energy.

.) Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken (use less than half the dressing): It includes vegetables, fiber and protein to fill you up.

.) Premium Southwest Salad With Grilled Chicken: Has vegetables, fiber and protein.

.) Premium McWrap Southwest (grilled): Contains a reasonable amount of calories for a meal and includes carbs, protein and fat.

.) Southwest Salad without Chicken: Mostly veggies with fun toppings. Under 300 calories.
