Local photographer’s haunting experience while covering 10-year Katrina anniversary

Local photographer, Seph Lawless, was on assignment in New Orleans covering the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, when he found something totally unexpected.

Now, he's sharing pictures of his eerie discovery of a pet cemetery.
