MANSFIELD, Ohio  - Back in November 2014, Mansfield police received some information about their coworker Michael Garn, 41. They learned he had allegedly tampered with evidence in exchange for sex.

Since then, the I-Team has learned that Garn has been indicted on 40 different counts, including sexual battery, public indecency, attempted gross sexual imposition, menacing by stalking, dereliction of duty, burglary, trespassing, and unauthorized use of police computers.

Garn was taken into custody Thursday but has since been released since posting his $25,000 dollar bail.
