NEW YORK — You might know her from her role in “American Horror Story.” But actress and model Jamie Brewer is about to make history as the first woman with Down syndrome to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week.

She’ll strut her stuff as part of Carrie Hammer’s “Role Models Not Runway Models” campaign. Brewer will model original designs by Hammer.

According to Bustle, Brewer will strut the catwalk on Thursday with about two dozen other inspiring woman including journalists, activists and businesswomen.
