Mediterranean diet: Dr. Marc shares recipes for a healthy heart

We've heard a lot about the Mediterranean diet when it comes to weight loss. Now, several new studies show it's also the best diet for your heart, and it can even reduce your risk of cancer.

Dr. Marc Gillinov, a heart surgeon from the Cleveland Clinic, is visiting Fox 8 News today to explain the benefits of that diet. He says there are several options for every meal. Those include:
