HONG KONG- It’s not something you see every day. A baby girl in Hong Kong was born with what’s believed to be absorbed twins inside her, after doctors noticed a growth on her side.

ABC News reported the baby had a rare condition called fetus in fetu, which affects about 1 in 500,000 births.

The partially-formed fetuses started growing limbs, intestines- even skin.

New York Daily News, which tweeted an x-ray of the fetuses, said the condition has been documented only 200 times in history.

The baby had surgery to remove the fetuses when she was two weeks old.
