On snow patrol: Make sure you do this before getting on the road this winter

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has a list of things to watch for this winter. Some of those include watching for snow-covered license plates and snow blowing off of your car while driving.

"You want to know who you're dealing with for any traffic violations, so if the plate is not visible, then it's kind of tough.  As far as driving around with snow-covered windows and snow flying off your vehicle, it becomes dangerous," said Sgt. Pablo Cruz.
