LONG BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Police say a 3-week-old girl is missing from a California home where the baby’s mother, father and uncle were found shot.

Long Beach police spokeswoman Marlene Arrona says officers went to the residence Saturday evening after receiving a call about the shooting.

Officers found two brothers and the baby’s mother with gunshot wounds. Arrona says one of the brothers was the father of the baby.

Arrona says they also don’t know if the suspect knew the victims and haven’t determined a motive.

Two of the victims remained in the hospital Sunday in critical condition. Arrona says a third victim was treated and released.

The adult male suspect and the 10-pound baby girl named Eliza Delacruz are the focus of an urgent police search.
